We are a group that discusses Real Estate Development in depth, specifically from and Investment standpoint. Topics such as the different types of Development, the Development Process, how to evaluate the viability of Projects, how to invest, potential returns as well as trends, will be discussed.
There will also be Developers, Real Estate Agents and Builders that come to speak and share insights and their expertise on each aspect of their professions.
Anybody looking to network, invest or just gain knowledge about this Industry is welcome to join the group and attend events.
