She began her career in 1999 as a mortgage originator before earning her real estate license in 2005. Shortly after she expanded her expertise by obtaining her title insurance license and notary commission. Debra has also served as a managing broker for many years, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities agents face in today’s market. Currently, a full-time Title Insurance Account Executive, where she partners with agents, attorneys, and clients to safeguard transactions and deliver concierge-level service throughout the closing process.
Richard Sanvenero, Jr. is a Founding Partner at Sanvenero & Cittadino Attorneys at Law. He was a former Partner at the Law Office of McGoughran & Sanvenero. He received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2013.
