Casual meetups targeted at mixing people from different backgrounds interested in Spanish real estate. Presentations designed to educate, combined with networking and knowledge-sharing about the latest trends.
The group is managed by Real Estate Academy Spain. A platform dedicated to educating those who want to learn more about the Spanish real estate industry.
We wrote a book called 'Guide to Real Estate in Spain' and created the online course 'Mastering Spanish Real Estate,' sharing everything we’ve learned over the last 10 years in the Spanish real estate market, including the mistakes made, so you can avoid them and get a head start.
What started with buying an apartment on a limited budget has steadily grown into a diversified portfolio. Today, we have experience in full building restorations, multi-unit transformations, new development projects, and managing rental portfolios.

We will first briefly go through the basics of where to start when wanting to obtain a mortgage in Spain. For example: What are the rules for qualifying for a mortgage? Are there differences between residents and foreigners?🤝 Afterwards, we will continue with networking to discuss the topic with the other participants.
