I will be doing a Cold Calling Series Live and Q&A of Real Estate Investing!
Here you will learn how to pre-qualify sellers to make sure that you know if it's a hot, warm or a cold lead (follow-up in the future).
If you do not know what to say to sellers, you will watch me how I introduce myself, questions I ask to pre-qualify them, and end the phone call setting a follow-up call.
I will be Cold Calling for 30-40 minutes and then we will have time for Q&A.

I will go into details on how to get started in real estate the ways to make money in real estate, how to start generating investment opportunities (leads), how to comp/get numbers, how to JV/partner up with other investors to maximize profits and opportunities and more.
