Suburban Small Multi-Family Market Data Deep-Dive

**Note- This one is on a Wednesday, not our typical Tuesday**

In December we analyzed St Paul, in February we analyzed Minneapolis, and now it's time to analyze the Twin Cities Suburbs. We will drill down by the city to analyze- price to rent ratios, appreciation, etc. We will compare the numbers vs Minneapolis & St Paul.

This will be a classroom setting at BRIX Real Estate on West 7th St in Saint Paul. Adam Tafel and Tim Swierczek will be your presenters. Food and drink will be provided!
