Welcome to the group!

The goal of this group is develop a substantive relationship (SEC term) for unaccredited potential partners so they can pool resources using IRA or retirement vehicles to invest in larger multifamilies. Partnerships give access to larger investments, not typically available to mom & pop investors, and enable higher returns and more stable cashflows.

Meetings are unstructured to get to know each other's goals and form friendships and professional relationships.
