Debra has been a real estate investor since 2015 and has built a portfolio of rental properties while actively working on multiple fix-and-flip projects. With years of hands-on experience navigating Hawaii real estate, she has developed practical knowledge in foreclosure investing, distressed properties, renovations, and long-term wealth building through real estate.
After a successful career in Social Work, Debra is preparing to retire from full-time work this year to focus on real estate investing and spending more time with family. She brings a practical, real-world perspective to investing and is passionate about helping others better understand opportunities within the Hawaii foreclosure space.
