Charles Nguyen – Although he maintains a full time job, he and his company are active home buyers (http://www.fairpriceoffers.com/houston/) throughout the US. He specializes in creative financing, deal structuring, and implementing systems.

Ray Sasser - He has been buying houses for over 30 years. During that time, he has bought and sold hundreds of houses.
