Our guest speaker this month is Bill Vance from ABBA Loss Mitigation. Bill specializes in short sales. What is a short sale? A short sale is when the seller owes more than you are willing to pay for the property or what the property is worth. Bill is going to teach you how you can turn these leads into $$$.
