I’m Jeff. I’m an Engineer by trade, and I look at real estate as a technical series of problems to be solved. This isn't a lecture; it's a "Deal Laboratory" where we stress-test numbers in real-time.
The June 30th Mission:
- Wholesaler Expo: Bring your deal sheets. If it’s a solid deal, we may go look at it that afternoon and get it under contract immediately.
- Live Deal Evaluation: We’ll pick a deal from the room and weigh the financials like engineers.
