On June 30th, we are actually transacting. We are hosting a Wholesaler Expo specifically designed to connect off market inventory with active capital.

I’m Jeff. I’m an Engineer by trade, and I look at real estate as a technical series of problems to be solved. This isn't a lecture; it's a "Deal Laboratory" where we stress-test numbers in real-time.
The June 30th Mission:

  • Wholesaler Expo: Bring your deal sheets. If it’s a solid deal, we may go look at it that afternoon and get it under contract immediately.
  • Live Deal Evaluation: We’ll pick a deal from the room and weigh the financials like engineers.
  • Strategic Brainstorming: Map out how to apply these strategies to your specific business model.
  • Active Buyer Network: I have buyers ready in Dallas, Carrollton, Lewisville, Plano, Richardson, and Garland.
