For this edition of the RE4MDs meetup, I'm going to provide a presentation on how to vet a multifamily syndication operator.

I'm also going to take an in-depth view of another operators deals that went (very) poorly and explain what went wrong. This will highlight things to look out for when vetting a multifamily investment opportunity.
