Let me explain how I bumped into our guest speaker, Seth Claire, with Alexiare Consulting.

Last night, I was at the 423 Business Network. I strike up a conversation with Seth, and he starts talking about using life insurance to buy investment properties and how you can create an infinite banking setup for yourself.

Now, my head is starting to swirl. I've done a ton of creative deal structuring, but he was explaining a technique I had vaguely heard about, but I knew I needed more information. So, on the spot, I asked him to come speak with our group next week.
