The purpose of this free Meetup is to teach potential home owners the ABC's of Home Buying and Investing.

We present useful information to first-time buyers on every stage of the home buying process.

Topics include:

Finding the right location
Getting qualified on a mortgage
What to do before you get pre-approved
Choosing the right mortgage
How to use your RRSP for a down-payment
Current Home Owners will also learn how to prepare home for sale.

This Meetup is organized by a Mortgage Agent and a Real Estate Agent. All questions regarding mortgages or home buying are welcomed.

Please advise if you would like any special guest presenters at our Meetup and we will do our best to accommodate. Presenters can include: Lawyers, Home Stagers, Financial Planners, Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Insurance Brokers and many more.....
