During this 2-hour session, you won’t just move — you’ll meet your emotions head-on.

From the very beginning, we’ll invite those emotions into motion — giving them shape, rhythm, and space to be seen and felt.
We’ll stomp, shake, stretch, dance, and move in ways that feel unfamiliar — and that’s exactly the point.

We’re here to move differently than you’re used to, to break patterns and reconnect.
Small, subtle movements will gently return your awareness into your body.

Expansive, expressive gestures will reawaken your ability to take up space, to grow, and to fully embody yourself.
This is intuitive movement as somatic practice — a form of kinetic neurography, where you don’t just observe emotions, you move through them. You’ll build new inner pathways — physical, neural, and emotional.
As the body moves, it releases tension and unblocks stored emotional energy.

Emotional numbness is a common defense in times of stress — and this practice helps restore emotional sensitivity and reclaim your own inner resource, with space to use it in a new, empowered way.
