From 24 September to 29 October, ATMA Community Space presents Temple Foundations – Six Evenings of Embodied Practice. Join for a single evening or for the full series.

On 8 October, the theme is Consent. Consent is more than permission — it is the art of conscious agreement. This evening introduces the Wheel of Consent and offers practices that show how clear choice creates freedom and trust in intimacy.

Facilitated by Pavla, who brings both personal experience and professional training in Somatic Experiencing, offering a gentle, trauma-sensitive approach.
