Presence (TEMPLE FOUNDATIONS)

From 24 September to 29 October, ATMA Community Space hosts Temple Foundations – Six Evenings of Embodied Practice. You can join for one evening, several, or the whole series.

On 15 October, we gather for Presence. Presence transforms every interaction. This session is dedicated to embodied awareness practices that bring you deeper into yourself, and from that place, allow you to meet others with authenticity and openness.

Facilitated by Pavla, whose facilitation style blends conscious intimacy and somatic therapy, ensuring a safe and grounded exploration.
