Integration (TEMPLE FOUNDATIONS)

From 24 September to 29 October, ATMA Community Space hosts Temple Foundations – Six Evenings of Embodied Practice. You are welcome to join a single evening or the full series.

On 29 October, the final session is Integration / Open Temple Space. This evening brings together all the tools from the series in a guided open space. Within clear boundaries and agreements, you will have the opportunity to practice, embody, and integrate everything learned, experiencing freedom and authentic connection.

Facilitated by Pavla, whose work combines trauma therapy and conscious intimacy, offering a supportive and safe environment.
