A 4-week in-person course designed to help you discover yoga as both a physical practice and a path inward.
With two 90-minute classes each week, you’ll build strength, focus, and body awareness through dynamic yet accessible sequences combining Hatha and Vinyasa flow.
Each session moves from fluid movement to precise alignment work, guiding you to refine your poses and feel them from the inside out.
Alongside physical practice, you’ll explore the deeper layers of yoga — breath, mindfulness, and the philosophy of the eight limbs — to cultivate clarity and balance in daily life.
Each class ends with pranayama and meditation, grounding effort into calm presence.
Ideal for beginners and returning practitioners who want to reconnect with yoga from a place of awareness and depth.
