This women’s sharing circle is an invitation to step out of the pace of everyday life and into a slow, candle-lit, nourishing space where you can simply be.

In a world shaped largely by masculine rhythms — doing, achieving, pushing, fixing — women often lose touch with their natural softness, emotional fluidity, and inner listening. Gathering in a circle of women is not a “nice to have.”

It is essential for our wellbeing, regulation, and aliveness.

Why women gather in circle:
When women come together without performance, comparison, or fixing, something ancient awakens.

Being surrounded by the feminine allows us to:
-Slow down and exhale
-Feel held rather than evaluated
-Share emotions without needing to justify or explain them
-Remember that we are not “too much”
This is a space where all of you is welcome:
-the wild woman
-the innocent one
-the wise one
-the woman curled up on her moon

We are fluid, cyclical, and ever-changing — and here, all of it belongs.
If this kind of space feels unfamiliar or even uncomfortable, you are not alone. Many women feel resistance the first time they enter a women’s circle. Often, that edge is exactly where something new and deeply healing begins.

What to expect:
-A warm, candle-lit, feminine environment
-Clear agreements that support safety and trust
-Gentle embodiment and movement to drop into the body
-Sharing in small groups or one circle (depending on group size)
-Deep listening without advice, fixing, or interruption

You are always welcome to share — and you are also welcome to remain silent.
There is medicine in both.
This is not therapy and not a discussion group.
It is a space of presence, witnessing, and being met as you are.

How the space is held:
To support depth and safety, we work with a few simple agreements:
-Confidentiality — what is shared stays here
-Speaking from personal experience (“I”)
-No advice, fixing, analysing, or cross-talk during shares
-Listening to witness, not to respond
Who this circle is for:
-Women longing for connection and softness
-Those feeling tired of holding it all together
-Women curious about embodied presence and conscious listening
-No previous experience with women’s circles or tantra is required

About the facilitator:
The circle is facilitated by Anurasa, whose work is rooted in embodied meditation, conscious relating, and the Tantra Essence lineage. She holds spaces that are grounded, warm, and non-performative — where women can soften, be witnessed, and reconnect with their inner truth.
