Working with your Inner Critic is a 4-hour hands-on workshop to help you feel a greater sense of ease in all that you do.

If you relate to:
-Feeling behind where you 'should' be
-Procrastinating, and then last minute panicking
-Hiding your cracks and hoping no one sees them

Using proven exercises from psychotherapies like gestalt, IFS, and DBT, you'll:
-Understand the invisible pattern behind your self-criticism - and learn to interrupt it at the start
-Work with your inner voice so it stops criticizing you and starts supporting you
-Discover and transform your hidden beliefs around what you "should" be
-Learn proven stress regulation methods to be more authentic even in stressful situations

This workshop is led by William Gan, an emotional resiliency coach who has personal experience with self-pressure and burnout.

Before becoming a coach, he worked at BCG and Reforge, management consulting and tech firms where expectations were high, feedback was constant, and feeling "not enough" was common.

That internal pressure eventually pushed him to train in IFS, Gestalt psychotherapy, and mindfulness, which gave him practical tools for a steadier inner world and a deeper sense of ease and happiness.
