The Mixed Sharing Circle
Details
The Mixed Sharing Circle is a monthly, facilitated gathering open to all genders, created for honest expression and deep listening in a respectful and grounded space.
This circle takes place once a month, on the third Monday, and is held with simple agreements that allow people to speak from personal experience while being fully heard — without interruption, advice, or judgement.
The focus is not on discussion or debate, but on presence. On listening as much as speaking. On allowing different experiences and perspectives to exist side by side without the need to fix or convince.
What to Expect
• A clearly held, respectful group space
• Simple agreements supporting safety and presence
• Sharing from personal experience (always optional)
• Listening without advice, fixing, or interruption
• Time to arrive, speak, listen, and integrate
You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you — speaking and listening are equally valued.
Who This Is For
• Open to all genders
• Suitable for first-time participants as well as those familiar with sharing circles
• Supportive for anyone wanting more honest connection and grounded communication
• Especially helpful during periods of transition, uncertainty, or emotional load
No preparation is required. You are welcome exactly as you are.

About the facilitator: Anurasa is a Tantra Essence teacher and embodiment facilitator working in the Osho–Sarita lineage. Her work bridges conscious reflection and lived practice, supporting people in aligning with their values, listening to inner guidance, and bringing more presence and authenticity into relationships, work, and everyday life.
Rooted in embodied awareness, emotional honesty, and conscious intimacy, her teaching invites Tantra into real life — not as an escape from the world, but as a way of meeting it fully, with clarity, tenderness, and aliveness.
