YOGA NIDRA
Details
Yoga Nidra is a guided deep rest practice designed to support nervous system regulation and internal restoration.
In this session, participants lie down comfortably while remaining gently aware. The body rests deeply while attention is guided through breath, sensation, and subtle awareness practices.
Modern neuroscience often refers to this state as non-sleep deep rest (NSDR). In this space, the nervous system begins to regulate naturally. Stress responses soften, and the body can shift from survival mode into repair.
The session is especially supportive for people experiencing stress, fatigue, sleep challenges, or emotional overload. No experience is required.
The format includes a short introduction, the guided practice, and time for integration.
Facilitated by Gabriela Šrámková
Gabriela works with trauma-informed yoga and nervous system awareness. Her approach combines professional training with lived experience, creating a safe and grounded space for deep rest and gentle restoration.
