In a world full of weight loss gimmicks and quick fixes, our meetup workshops offer something different, a natural, holistic, and sustainable approach to losing weight and regaining your health. How we gain weight is very different than how we lose weight.

If you’re worried about the long-term side effects of medications, invasive procedures or fad diets but still know you need to make a change, you’ll feel right at home here! Our focus is on nutrition education to help you understand HOW and WHY we gain weight. Our goal is to help you achieve lasting results without relying on shortcuts that harm your body in the long run.

Maybe you’ve lost weight before only to gain it back, or you’ve tried every diet (remember the cabbage soup diet) and still haven’t found a way that works for you. Perhaps you’re tired of counting calories, carbs, fats, or steps, and just want a simpler, more balanced way to reset your metabolism and feel good again.
