Join us for a transformative Sound Bath and Hypnotic Journey through the Chakras as we enter the New Year, led by Michael Anthony and Heidi Baggott.

Michael will take us on a hypnotic guided meditation through each chakra which will release any blockages in the seven energy centers of the body. It is through the hypnotic guided meditation, where we access the subconscious where many blockages are stored. In this journey, we will revisit 2025 in order to gather the wisdom learned to enter 2026 in a more empowered state!

Heidi will lead us into a healing sound bath using various crystal bowls that will energize the chakras. The sound healing vibrations and frequencies with each note she plays that will assist you in connecting with and balancing your energy centers (chakras). With the music and sound frequencies, soothing vibrations to enhance this immersive experience will be created.

The combination of the Michael’s hypnotic, guided meditation and Heidi’s musical sound healing frequencies will promise relaxation, self-discovery, and rejuvenation. As you feel the energies move, you may have emotions and physical sensations begin to release from your body, bringing you a sense of peace.

Michael Anthony just relocated to Mooresville after living in Arizona for the past 18 years where we was an Intuitive and Spiritual Coach for thousands of people. Michael also spent a year in Northern Arizona studying with a Native American Elder. He also assisted that Elder in offering healings to the local community.
