April Showers Bring May Flowers Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Join us Saturday, April 11th for a transformative Sound Bath and Hypnotic Journey led by Michael Anthony and Heidi Baggott. This journey will focus in transforming life's April showers into the wisdom, growth and blossoming that brings our life's May flowers. This healing experience extracts the wisdom from the challenges of life and transforms the experiences into the wisdom you can take forward on your healing journey.

Michael will take us on a hypnotic journey that will discover the wisdom gained through your experiences, while releasing any stagnancy throughout your chakras, allowing the wisdom to flow freely.

Heidi will lead us into a healing sound bath using various crystal bowls that will energize the chakras. The sound healing vibrations and frequencies with each note she plays that will assist you in connecting with and balancing your energy centers (chakras). With the music and sound frequencies, soothing vibrations to enhance this immersive experience will be created.

The combination of the Michael’s hypnotic, guided meditation and Heidi’s musical sound healing frequencies will promise relaxation, self-discovery, and rejuvenation.
