Lancaster Real Estate Hackers Investing Meetup - RESCHEDULED

Hey everyone! IMPORTANT UPDATE - in an effort to provide an additional virtual viewing experience for this meetup, we will be rescheduling this event for Wednesday August 3rd at 6:30PM!

We’re doing our first fireside chat meetup with an amazing guest speaker and a focus on the incredible changing environment of real estate investing in 2022. Plus — for the first time ever — we are debuting a format for your choice of participating in person at our HQ in Lancaster, PA or online from your home anywhere in the world. It’s going to be an exciting night!

Joining us for our first hybrid event is Michael Manthei, founder of ELEVATE Investing Group. Based in Lancaster, PA Michael is the real deal. Started with nothing and is now an incredibly successful businessman and investor.

Michael owns more real estate than he is probably comfortable sharing due to his humble nature. He’s a real estate investing influencer as well and is passionate about creating an investing education community to help others achieve financial freedom. Using his years of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship, Michael runs a Syndication Mentoring Group and a passive investors club. In his own words - “wealth is a team sport.”

The conversation will be guided by our Real Estate Hackers host, Chad Gallagher. Chad and Michael will be discussing the best practices for investing in an evolving economy (as a starting point). But with the unstructured spirit of a fireside chat, and participation from YOU in person or at home, the opportunity to learn from these two experts is boundless.

So — what will be discussed?
- Inflation cruising along north of 9% in the U.S.
- Real Estate Equity Prices most likely on the decline, at least in some pockets.
- Covid still going strong over 2 years in, though not anywhere near the level it was 2 years ago.
- Interest rates on the rise.
- Housing supply still at record lows in the U.S. against population growth.

WHOA! That’s a lot to think about!

We’ve never done this before, but we are sure it will be enlightening!

The virtual experience will be streamed from Facebook Live - see information below! In Lancaster (800 New Holland Ave, Lancaster, PA) with seating for 100 people in the room, we will have beer and refreshments for the folks that want to join in person and network with like-minded real estate investors in the area – tons of fun and value from meeting other folks in real estate.
