Two VERY different people.

1. Rob Lawrence -- He goes by the Live In Flip Guy. What exactly is a Live In Flip and why the heck should you care about it? You'll need to show up to find out! Rob is a cool dude, and I think you'll walk away with a unique perspective.

2. Anthony Diehl - AKA America's Strongest Man in 2020.
   He is a husband, father to three wild kids, a professional strongman, bodybuilder, BJJ practitioner, contest prep, and strength & lifestyle coach (NSCA-CPT | PN | FNMS | J3U) and founder of MODUS, a company focused on changing lives through fitness and nutrition. Anthony played sports my entire life and have been into weight training for over 20 years. He competed in strongman over 30 times in the last decade earning my Pro status in 2019 and winning America’s Strongest Man in 2020. Prior to coaching strength and nutrition, he had a decade-long career in operations management at Starbucks and Amazon. He has always been a people leader and a change maker, and now his mission is to change lives by teaching people to own their health.

I think this will be fun. We will talk about unique ways to acquire real estate, and what it takes to be the best. It'll be fun, and motivating, and I promise you will learn something and meet someone new.
