Mike Burkentine is working with the folks on Capitol Hill on making housing affordable. He has generously decided to join us Tues March 10th on the policy changes that they are working on.
Efforts such as investing in Opportunity Zones, excluding building materials from tariffs, and reducing burdensome local regulations are essential to increasing the supply of affordable single-family homes.
Mike is a total stud of an investor, one of the leaders of Burkentine Builders and Rentals. Burkentine Builders has constructed more than 4,700 residential properties—including single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments—over its 30-plus year history. Additionally, they have over 11,000 further residential units under development across the Mid-Atlantic.
