Jeff Allen started as a structural engineer, until he caught the investing bug. And he caught it in a big way. Next thing you know, he acquired a 50 unit multi-family property in Central PA, beating out some major investors along the way for the deal who also toured it.

He was nervous. He was feeling a bit over-whelmed. And of course there were ups and downs along the way. But in the end --- he was able to create $2.5M in value from the deal --- quite the return on his investment!!! Jeff Allen is the founder of Firm Foundation Capital. He currently resides in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife Mindy and children. He has been investing in real estate for over four years and has owned single family homes, a multifamily apartment complex and has invested as a limited partner in various alternative assets. As a structural engineer he is proficient at analyzing, performing underwriting, and negotiating. His project management experience lends itself well to planning and enacting the established plan. His goal is to help investors achieve double digit returns by investing in alternative assets that he and his partners find and manage for them.
