Welcome to the Real Estate Topics Night Meetup.
Join us for great networking, to expand your knowledge, and to grow your business! Our monthly presentation is still on Zoom at 7:00 PM, so can you still attend in your pajamas?!
Each 2nd Tuesday of the month we feature a different real estate topic of interest. After some quick greetings and a monthly market review, we dive into a panel discussion or presentation, followed by time for your questions. We often bring in guest experts to share their experiences and information on best practices and to discuss trends.
We try hard to keep the Meetup presentation to just an hour in length.
Our diverse group includes investors, potential joint venture partners, real estate agents, contractors, and more. Both new and more experienced investors are welcome. The Real Estate Topics Night Meetup is casual, relaxed, and FREE. No heavy sales pitch.
We also host "The REI Roundup Monthly Lunch" at Lures Bar & Grill in Crownsville Md on the 4th Tuesday of each month @ 12:20 PM. Just lunch, no presentations, separate checks. A brain trust of great people sharing their REI experiences.
