Are you interested in real estate and want to know how you can buy your first house or are interested in house hacking? Then this group is for you!

Haley Dahlgard is a house hacker and real estate agent with Keller Williams in the Bay Area and Sacramento. She hosts free virtual workshops (for people living in NorCal AND anywhere else in the U.S.) to educate people on various real estate topics.

"The First Time Home Buyer Workshop" is for anyone wanting to learn about all things related to buying a house. We will be transitioning to a Q&A format where potential homebuyers can ask any questions they have for Haley (a realtor) and Jasmine Rosig (a lender).

"House Hacking 101" is for anyone interested in house hacking, which is a fancy term for buying a house, living in it, and renting out parts of the house. With higher prices and interest rates, house hacking has been a popular home buying strategy as it allows one to gain the wealth benefits of owning a house while greatly reducing one's mortgage payments.

Haley also hosts the in person East Bay Real Estate Investing meetup in Walnut Creek, CA every second Tuesday of the month at the Rotator Taproom.
