Releasing Negative Energy Group Sound Healing

Negative energy is something that everyone experiences at some point or another. Whether it’s a bad day at work, a stressful situation at home, or even just being around someone who has a bad attitude, negative energy can affect us in ways we don’t always realize. Negative energies are harmful to our health—it can cause us stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc. If you want to cultivate more positive and good vibes in your life, consider attending our sound healing.

The next Releasing Negative Energy Group Sound Healing is Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 7:00pm, in Mesa, AZ at Realign Your Life Wellness Center – 931 E. Southern Ave, suite 106.

**This is a fee-based event**
$20.00.

Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.

ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once the attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

1 – hour sound bath. Starting at 7 pm.
Please be on time. Door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Allow 1.5 – hours for the event from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.

Please bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours.
