Chakra Toning Group Sound Healing

The key concept to chakra toning is that by listening to or chanting sounds at these specific frequencies, we can resonate with the energy of the corresponding chakra. This can be seen as a form of “tuning” the chakra, bringing it back into balance and harmony.

Each attendee will receive a chakra tuning. The practitioner will use a quartz crystal and a crystal tuner to activate the chakras.

You might find that you resonate with slightly different frequencies, and that’s perfectly valid. The key is to approach them with an open mind and experiment to see what resonates with you.

ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.
This is a one-hour event. Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.

Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

You’ll want to give yourself enough time to arrive and get set up in the space to not add extra stress to yourself. Allow yourself to settle and set intentions for your session, as it’s nice to have a minute to connect with your practitioner and the community.

Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably.
If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours.
