A rare 1951 radio recording of All About Eve becomes the starting point for an entirely new piece of live theatre, as an acclaimed ensemble channels the voices, glamour and glorious theatricality of Hollywood icons including Bette Davis, Marilyn Monroe, Anne Baxter and Thelma Ritter.
RADIO BETTE promises a smart, mischievous and fun night at the Gaiety Theatre! This is not a stage adaptation of All About Eve. Instead, The Goat Exchange uses the historic Lux Radio Theater recording to create a playful, irreverent and camp production, which brings a youthful contemporary energy to the voices and mythology of classic Hollywood.
