Sarah Kane was one of the defining voices of the so-called "in-yer-face" British theatre movement of the 1990s — unflinching, raw, and still one of the most-staged works to come out of that scene. This production, directed by Tom Creed and performed by Marty Rea, is running as part of Dublin Theatre Festival, billed as a rare opportunity for Irish audiences to encounter her work live.
We'll meet in the foyer of Project Arts Centre beforehand for coffee and a chat, then head in together for the show.
