Reason Hacktogether #2

Things got a little busy for a while, but we are back 🎉

The plan this time is to get together and write some reasonml like last time, however we will do a short talk "Introduction to reasonml" if anyone want to attend that in the beginning. The question about attending this talk in the RVSP form is to know how big a room we need for it since it will be in a separate room.
