What is Violence? We once reserved the word "violence" for physical harm. Today it's applied to speech, silence, systemic inequality, and newly coined concepts like cultural erasure. What's driving this expansion? Does a bigger tent make the concept more powerful, or does it dilute it beyond usefulness?
