THE DIVINE HOLY BREATH

This is the time to learn how to Breath, to come to an understanding of just how important the Breath itself is to your connection to Source or All that Is. We will come together for a brief history, a demonstration and divine guidance from Breatht,our intention and trajectory as a group. Create a sacred safe space to expand our energy out to all who can receive the love and light quotient of the group. Doors open at 6pm, bring a mat, blanket, and pillows. water, and dress comfortably.
