Welcome to Rebirth through Earth a space that connects women to the healing energies of nature. Small group healing, 1:1, mini retreats, and gatherings on the land of Arizona.
Rebirth through Earth takes holistic /nature based approach when it comes to doing "the work" . Swimming in healing waters, hiking canyons, honoring sacred land, and planting trees are all apart of it. This is for the woman who desires freedom from her mind, healing of her heart, and adventure for her soul!
I believe healing healing isn't mean to be done alone, and it doesn't have to be boring. Join new soul sisters for day trips to Sedona, Prescott, Payson, Flagstaff, Tucson and more. There will be events and gatherings in the Phoenix surrounding area as well.
Healing skills and techniques will be taught as well as knowledge of the land, meditations, mindfulness, forest bathing, and sound healing. We think it's important to build a relationship with nature, and to take care of her as much as she takes care of us. The more in tune you are with the Earths energies, the more magic unfolds in your life.
ABOUT ME:
Hello beauty, my name is Mickala and I'm a nature gal at heart. I suffered from immense depression, severe social anxiety, and a complete disconnect of my heart, which led me to begin my healing journey 6 years ago. My path has brought me to try a multitude of different healing modalities and an understanding that energy is everything. During my healing I lost many of my friends and found myself alone with lots of time on my hands. It was in those dark moments that I turned to nature as my healer. She became my best friend, she saw me in my raw, accepted me for all that I was and provided blessings and lessons. It was during the 100's of hours spent alone with her that I found myself, I felt freedom, I reignited my spark for life, and I stumbled upon my purpose.
I've been blessed with many great mentors in life, yet my greatest mentor has been Momma Earth, she is free and available to all and my passion is teaching others how to work with her.
