Perimenopause and menopause can be a challenging and isolating transition in a woman's life – but you don't have to go through it alone.

This nurturing workshop is designed for women in perimenopause or menopause who are seeking natural, embodied tools to manage symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm. Through gentle yoga movement, targeted breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation, we’ll explore ways to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and cultivate steadiness during a time of change.

Led by a yoga teacher with a deep focus on breathwork and meditation—and informed by personal experience with medically induced menopause—this workshop offers a compassionate, trauma-informed space where rest, choice, and self-trust are prioritized.
