Hendersonville downtown walk and museums overview

Meet 10 AM in parking lot of the Welcome/Visitor Center 201 South Main in Hendersonville. Look for RFAR signs and smiling familiar faces. Can gather information and use restrooms at the center . Will walk to Museum at the old courthouse and explore 45 minutes or so. Free but please donate$$. Thanks. Then walk up and down Main Street to see the painted bears and shops. Can do lunch at Hannah Flanagan Irish restaurant . After lunch walk down to the Historic Train Station and visit Apple Valley model railroad layout ( open 1-3 PM) . Free but please do $$. FYI The new Ecusta Trail is open and we will locate the trailhead as hope to do a walk there in the near future. NOTE This is only a chance to do informal walking tour and overview of Hendersonville.
