Hooker/High Falls walk in DuPont Forest moderate??/not easy

Meet 10 A.M. in front of the restroom building at Hooker Falls. Look for RFAR signs and smiling faces. Trail map said 0.4 miles one way (so 0.8 R-T) but due to inclines I consider this a moderate trail. See photos of the trail. If you chose you can swim below the falls. OPTIONS Separate event meet 1 PM Dupont Visitor Center. We can do the High Falls trail, that starts from the Visitor center too. Walking stick suggested. Bring picnic lunch and chairs to leave in your car and we can find a spot to set up to picnic. Probably no cell phone service. Option on your way back.
