NC Arboretum walk to Lake Powhatan area..meet at old greenhouse parking lot

Meet 10 AM in NC Arboretum old greenhouse parking lot. Drive past the main parking lots and turn onto Greenhouse Way and go about a 1/2 mile. We are not meeting at the main building complex....Look for RFAR signs and t-shirt I will be wearing .Walk about 2 and 1/2 hours on trails. For about 3.3 miles. The guest leader is John W.Thanks.... Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.. Walking stick is good. Admission is $25 per car. If you know others you can car pool and split the fee. I bought the annual pass $60 as nice to visit several times a year. You can apply the $25 towards the annual pass that day.( RFAR will be doing more events here). Options: Bring picnic lunch to leave in your car or buy lunch at the Bistro. Also wander the gardens at your own pace afterwards . Hope you can make it Ben bbsdob525@aol.com 561 425-3077
