Not moving like you used to? Miss running around in the grass barefoot? Worry that you are sitting too much?
This group is a chance to return to movement. We'll explore how to (comfortably) spend less time in chairs, and more time on the floor. (A movement known as Floor Living). Outdoor events will allow us to walk barefoot in the grass, crawl and roll like kids, all without feeling (too) silly because we'll be with a group of likeminded movement explorers. It's good to spend some time barefoot! (often known as Grounding or Earthing). This is a very laid-back, non-pretentious group. The more uncoordinated you are, the better! Introverts welcome.
