Reclaiming Anger
A 2-Day Trauma-Informed Workshop for Women
What if your anger wasn't something to fear or suppress, but something to understand?
Many women have been taught that anger is unacceptable, dangerous, or something to hide. Yet anger is a natural, protective emotion that can point us towards our boundaries, needs, values, and inner strength.
This nurturing, women-only workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore your relationship with anger through a trauma-informed lens.
Over two days, we will gently explore:
✨ Understanding anger and the nervous system
✨ Reconnecting with the wisdom of anger
✨ Guided visualisations and inner exploration
✨ Creative therapeutic activities
✨ Safe, embodied ways to express emotion
✨ Reclaiming anger as a source of clarity, courage, and healthy boundaries
This is not about encouraging aggression or confrontation. It is about listening to what your anger has been trying to tell you, honouring your lived experience, and discovering how this powerful emotion can become an ally in your healing.
No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to explore at your own pace. Choice, consent, and emotional safety are at the heart of every aspect of the workshop.
Who is this for?
