Energetic Healing: Light activation

Exposure to the demands of your life can deplete your energy which can result in fatigue, lower resistance to stress or create unease in your body. This is often a sign that you need self care and nurturing.

Healing means reflection, deep inner listening and acknowledging that it’s time to release any blocks that arise from thoughts or emotions. Healing releases resistance or blocks of energy to allow greater flow of energy.

This is an energetic healing session to clear energy around the body and also the mental body. Clearing your energy first prepares you for deeper meditative states allow you to be present and focused in addition, being aware, focused and more mindful becomes easier.

This restorative realignment process which connects you back to the essence of who you are, allowing you to open up to a path where vitality aliveness can be a part of your everyday experience
