We designed this group to help people recover happiness and self-confidence.
You may find that you cannot easily move on from past traumatic experiences and get on with your life. Your past sticks you in what should be long-gone feelings or thoughts. As a result, you may become unhappy and suffer from low self-confidence and diminished self-esteem. You are less motivated to do those things that used to make you happy and give you a better life. If this is your situation, we can help. At our meetups, you will learn about a technique to help you move on from your past.
You live most of your life cooperatively with others, so good relationships are essential to be happy and successful. You may need to gain the skills to create good relationships and communicate better. Lack of those skills can take quite a toll on your self-confidence and self-esteem. If this is your situation, we can help. At our meetups, you will learn about a tool to help you create great relationships.
Now and then, those in your important relationships can let you down. They may be untrustworthy and undependable. They may fail to treat you with dignity and respect. They may even be self-centered, abusive, dominating, critical or unsupportive. If this is your situation, we can help. At our meetups, you will learn about a tool to help you predict the behavior of others. This tool will help you better select those with whom you create a relationship or, at least, what to expect from those with whom you already have a relationship.
We will also offer you the opportunity to arrange for coaching using these tools and techniques to help you reach your full potential. Our coaches are well-trained and experienced in helping others with these tools and techniques. This coaching is provided at no cost, with no obligation, and conducted using Zoom.
