The Recovery Dharma follows a recovery program based on Buddhist principles, mindfulness, and meditation. Our program is peer-led and non-theistic. We welcome all those who wish to pursue recovery from substances, alcohol, and process addictions as part of our community.
Each meeting starts with a 15-20 minute guided meditation, followed by a reading or speaker, and then open sharing.
Recovery Dharma has multiple sanghas serving the Valley and Los Angeles Area. Zoom meetings are available on the Recovery Dharma website.
