This offering is created for individuals who are in recovery, sober-curious, newly exploring sobriety, or who support others on a recovery journey—including loved ones and helping professionals.

Held at the beautiful VibrantLife Center, this recovery-centered Yin Yoga practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and embodied resilience in a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice with long, passive holds that gently release tension, stretch connective tissues, and quiet the mind. The emphasis is on presence, self-acceptance, and building trust in the body—not performance or physical achievement.

This is a sober-focused space, meaning the environment is substance-free and intentionally supportive of recovery. You are welcome exactly where you are in your journey—no prior yoga experience and no expectation of perfection.

If you’re seeking connection, grounding, and a community that understands the realities of recovery, you belong here.

This class is intended for those who identify with recovery, are exploring sobriety, or actively support recovery in their personal or professional lives. It is not designed as a general or drop-in yoga class.
