About the Instructor
Marci Short began her journey as a yoga instructor while attending the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and has since cultivated a rich career spanning decades in yoga and fitness. She has taught at renowned health clubs like Jack LaLanne European Health Clubs, Universal Fitness Centers, and Gold’s Gym. A two-time 200-hour RYT graduate (Yoga Village, 2013, and 2016), Marci continues to deepen her practice through master classes in Amrit and Hatha Yoga. With a belief that yoga is for everyone, she guides students in practices ranging from vigorous Hatha yoga to meditative and chair yoga, fostering strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
